Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Macro Tracker mobile application operated by Macro Tracker ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our service.

1 Medical & Nutritional Disclaimer

Not Medical Advice: Macro Tracker provides nutritional calculations, calorie estimations, and meal logging tools for educational and informational purposes only. We are not medical professionals. The information generated by the App should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any diet or fitness program.

2 Age & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Macro Tracker. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3 User Accounts

When you create an account using Google Auth or email registration, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4 Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Macro Tracker offers optional Premium subscriptions providing access to advanced analytics, adaptive check-ins, and enhanced features:

Billing: Payments are processed directly through your Google Play Store account.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: Refund requests are managed in accordance with Google Play’s standard refund policies.

5 Nutritional Data & Barcode Scanner

While we strive for high precision, nutritional values in our database and barcode scanner results are sourced from food manufacturers, public databases, and automated label parsing. We do not warrant that food composition, allergen information, or calorie counts are 100% accurate or error-free.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Macro Tracker and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
